We are proud to be part of the team that sold 231 and 235 Apple Valley Road in Duncan, South Carolina for $32,270,000. It was great to see the culmination of the Apple Valley Industrial Park - Phase I development from start to finish. Ryan Koop was instrumental in assembling the land for Panattoni Development Corporation, leasing the properties in conjunction with CBRE, and assisting Cushman & Wakefield with the disposition of the fully occupied 373,320 SF. Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE:LXP) was the purchaser.

The brokerage team of John Parker and Ryan Koop represented the seller in the sale of a 145,000 SF industrial building located at 4915 Hovis Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina. By engaging a thorough marketing campaign, Broadstreet Partners' Industrial Sales Team was able to garner multiple offers on the fully occupied property. Ultimately, the new owner was selected after prospect interviews were performed and a highest and best offer bid was placed by the top four prospective purchasers.

Broadstreet Partners has sold its student housing property called the Farm at Clemson, SC to Palm Beach based Calidus Holdings for $7,950,000. The 105 bed property, which Broadstreet developed and completed in July 2016 is in a prime location and is fully leased for the upcoming student year.
