101 Airport Road rendering 1.jpg

Broadstreet Partners is pleased to announce the recent transaction between Sykes Workman Leasing, LLC and Think Tank Brew Lab. After an in depth search throughout the Upstate market, Ryan Kurlfink, founder, president, and brewmaster of Propagate Brewery Development Group, chose 101 Airport Road in Greenville to launch their inaugural concept of Think Tank Brew Lab.

The property, owned by Sykes Workman Leasing, includes over 21,000 SF of former industrial space with high ceilings and direct access to the expanded Swamp Rabbit Trail. Included with the property is over one acre of urban forest along the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Think Tank Brew Lab will use this for its expansive biergarten with outdoor games and events. A second floor event space is also planned with views to the trail, biergarten, and brewery.

According to John Parker of Broadstreet Partners, who brokered the transaction, “What Think Tank Brew Lab is planning will be a great asset to Greenville and the Upstate beer scene.”

Ryan Kurlfink states, “After more than two decades of brewing and traveling the country designing and building craft breweries, I couldn't pass up this opportunity to settle down and build the brewery of my dreams. This property offers everything a community focused craft brewery could ask for and more. Selecting this site and bringing it back to life as headquarters for Greenville's homegrown Think Tank Brew Lab was truly a no-brainer.”
