Letitia serves as Marketing Services and Administrative Support where she develops marketing initiatives and collateral materials for the brokerage, investment sales, and development divisions. She also serves as Leasing Agent for the Landing at Western in Cullowhee, NC where she has pre-leased to full occupancy for its first three terms. Additionally, Letitia assists the development division in a special projects coordination capacity. She established the brand development, promotional launch, off site office/showroom install, leasing system, interior unit selections, custom furniture packages, and on site clubhouse/property management office setup for Broadstreet’s latest student housing delivery, The Landing at South in Mobile, AL. Whatever the scope, Letitia enjoys applying her talents and energy to ensure that Broadstreet and their clients reach success.

Letitia has a diverse background in graphic design, printing, project coordination, and customer service. Prior to joining the team in 2017, she lead the design department for PerkinElmer Health Sciences. There she managed the product design workflow and manufacturing cost estimation for global diagnostic devices for newborn screening, pharmaceutical, and research use. Letitia holds a BS in Graphic Communications and a minor in Communications with an Advertising emphasis from Clemson University. She resides in Greenville, SC with her beloved Scottish Terrier Adelina Violet. Letitia is an avid dance fitness and exercise enthusiast. When she’s not at a dance studio, you will most likely find her out exploring the vibrant local arts, culinary, and parks recreational scene.
