John Parker joined Broadstreet Partners in 2014, bringing more than 15 years of experience in asset management, transaction management, and development with a particular focus on industrial, office, and investment sales. Prior to joining Broadstreet, John served as a member of the industrial and office brokerage teams at CBRE. He also led project management for the Bank of America corporate services account at Trammel Crow Company in Charlotte, NC. John’s diverse background in the industry gives him a versatile understanding of how all parties think in a transaction. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, and First Presbyterian Church, where he is involved in youth ministry. He holds a BS in Political Science from the University of Georgia. John resides in Greenville, SC with his wife Sydney and their three children Myddie, James, and Liza.
