A leader in commercial real estate, Craig Stipes co-founded Broadstreet Partners with Matt Covington in 2014. His strategic insight is the result of his extensive and diverse background in development, brokerage and finance. Before Broadstreet, Craig served as a Vice President of Capital Markets for CBRE, where he was an annual top producer. He also worked with JP Morgan Mortgage Capital in Atlanta and a private development company in Charlotte, NC prior to joining CBRE | The Furman Co. in 2003. Craig has closed transactions in over 100 markets across the US. He is a member of the Upstate South Carolina Executive Committee for the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Additionally, Craig served as a past adjunct professor for Clemson University’s Masters of Real Estate Development program. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia. Craig and his wife Ashley reside in Greenville, SC. They are active in the local Church and raising their two sons Drew and Harper.
